Here is what to do before your appointment :

1. The service: Choose a service and read the description for information on

your install.

2. The add-ons: Choose and select your additional features to enhance your final look during installation.

To prepare for your appointment, please ensure your hair is clean, washed, detangled, and free of any products. At SKDH, we use the LOC (Liquid, Oil, Cream) method to moisturize hair.

Regular service: Your hair must be dropped-off 2 days before your appointment.

For bridal service: your hair must be dropped-off 1 week before initial install.

Your hair must be dropped off in the SKDH mailbox located at the entrance door of the studio on your right, with your name clearly written on the package. Please avoid using a box to deposit your hair.

Wednesday to Saturday

8h a.m. to 6h p.m.

Sunday to Tuesday - Closed

Late policy: Clients have a 15- minute grace period for appointments. If the time is exceeded, the appointment will be rescheduled.

Paiement method: Cash, Debit, Credit

Cancellation: Refunds require a minimum 72-hour cancellation notice.
